Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter for the Central West Texas Division in Austin. You will source USA-domestic clinical staff for HCA and external facilities, build candidate pools, and guide applicants through credentialing and onboarding.

The role requires the ability to manage 90–95 requisitions, work independently and with teams, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven track record in high-volume healthcare recruiting
• Experience managing 90–95 requisitions concurrently
• Experience recruiting for RN, Allied, PCT roles
• Proficient with ATS/CMS systems and MS Office

Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Contract Recruiter to join their Central West Texas Division Recruiting Team.

Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Must reside in the Central West Texas Division area.

Responsibilities

The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing/ Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 2+ years proven track record of success in HIGH-VOLUME, sales/production sourcing/ recruiting environment in hospital healthcare - sourcing/ recruiting for Medical Assistants, Office roles, Registered Nurses, etcetera - EXPERIENCE MANAGING 90 - 95 REQUISITIONS ONGOING AT A TIME - SUPPORTING MULTIPLE LEADERS
• Experience with ATS/ CMS systems
• Experience recruiting for Registered Nurses, Allied, PCTs (patient Care Techs) etcetera
• Critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities- REQUIRES GREAT ORGANIZATION SKILLS
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel - TECHNOLOGICALLY SAVVY
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a FAST-PACE, HIGH-VOLUME recruiting environment
• Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
