• 2+ years proven track record in HIGH-VOLUME hospital healthcare sourcing/recruiting
• Experience managing 90-100 requisitions concurrently
• Experience with ATS/CMS systems

Responsibilities

• Source USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division.
• Build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals and sourcing sources.
• Provide candidates with position requirements, onboarding, credentialing and community information.
