Qualifications

• Strong Word, Excel and online RFP submission skills

Responsibilities

• Own value proposition, themes, market position and strategy in the proposal; gather information to write a compelling story.
• Convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Research customer needs and develop questions to extract case information.
• Collaborate with sister proposal units to reflect one core value story.
• Ask questions to gain information and clarify understanding to ensure high-quality work.
• Utilize sales support tools, databases and marketing collateral.
• Anticipate and understand the needs of sales partners and develop relations.
• Understand network and financial information and incorporate into case writing.
• Complete all project-related work on time and meet deadlines.
• Review proposal product before shipment with team lead and BDM.
• Maintain and enhance healthcare industry knowledge and participate in relevant training.
