Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a high-impact Senior Solution Sales professional to drive growth in the employer market across Whole Health Solutions. You will lead consultative discussions, translate clinical models into employer value, and coordinate with internal teams to craft executable proposals.

The role requires extensive healthcare sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel 25% (potentially up to 50%). Remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales selling clinical employer programs and/or consultative solution healthcare sales.
• Experience with clinical practice specialty care, health services product/solution leadership, utilization management, care management, specialty networks and/or complex condition programs.
• Experience with digital tools, or related clinical solutions.
• Experience supporting and/or leading complex sales cycles, solution design, demonstrations, and RFI/RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Sell Whole Health Solutions services to new clients in the employer market as the solution sales and subject matter expert for clinical health solutions.
• Lead strategic conversations with employer benefit leaders and stakeholders to identify needs and configure solutions.
• Develop consultative relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to employer and business leaders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop differentiated, executable proposals.
• Develop and present business cases and ROI narratives for client questions.
