Qualifications

• Intense customer focus and ability to adapt style and approach to customer preferences.

Responsibilities

• Own the articulation of the value proposition, themes, market position and strategy within the proposal by gathering information to write a compelling story reflecting customer needs and offerings.
• Convey complex content clearly in written and oral form tailored to the audience.
• Research the customer’s needs and develop thoughtful questions with sales to extract case information.
• Collaborate in a matrixed environment to reflect a single core value story and integrated process.
• Ask questions effectively to gain information and ensure high-quality work.
• Utilize all sales support tools, including databases and marketing collaterals.
• Develop strong relationships with sales partners and internal teams.
