Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Consultant in Advisory Services to drive strategy and transformation workstreams for payer engagements. You will develop presentations, financial models, and data-driven insights while working with senior client stakeholders across the health ecosystem.

This role supports remote collaboration from anywhere in the U.S.; in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. locations, in-office presence is required four days a week. Travel up to 50% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of strategy and management consulting experience or equivalent service environment.
• 1+ years of data analytics and financial modeling experience.
• 1+ years of breaking down ambiguous problems and creating actionable frameworks.
• 1+ years of developing executive-level presentations and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute core consulting workstreams for payer engagements (strategy and transformation).
• Develop high-quality deliverables including presentations and financial models.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to support hypotheses and recommendations.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to quality; build consensus with stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate client, executive, and stakeholder meetings; maintain communication cadence.
