Job summary

You will answer calls and Zendesk tickets, troubleshoot issues across our nationwide digital signage network, and help get customers back up and running quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Customer support or call-center experience.
• Experience with a ticketing or CRM system (Zendesk a plus).
• Comfort with Android-based devices and web-based admin portals.
• Clear, professional written communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking.
• The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support by phone and Zendesk ticket for issues across Health Monitor’s nationwide digital signage network.
• Troubleshoot and triage incoming issues, checking known-issue documentation before treating a report as new.
• Apply documented fixes and workarounds, and elevate anything outside standard procedure to senior support staff.
• Resolve routine technical and non-technical requests end to end using established support resources.
• Document every interaction accurately and completely in the ticketing system.
