The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience with healthcare tech, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems. This role supports a fast-paced environment and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience with healthcare technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Office Suite experience preferred.
• Experience with ticketing/CRM systems (HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira).
• Previous work-from-home experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technology questions from vendors and clients via email and virtual meetings.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve support inquiries with clear root-cause analysis.
• Manage day-to-day support tasks, track requests, and maintain documentation.
• Escalate vendor/client issues when needed and coordinate with leadership.
• Contribute to technology projects based on client requests and feedback.
• Attend training on new features and product updates and translate learnings to clients.
• Maintain a fast-paced, customer-service oriented approach.
• Use critical thinking to assess issues and determine best actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Work from home with dedicated focus.
