Qualifications

• Customer support or call-center experience
• Experience with a ticketing or CRM system (Zendesk a plus)
• Comfort with Android-based devices and web-based admin portals
• Clear, professional written communication
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Sound judgment and critical thinking
• The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support by phone and Zendesk ticket for issues across Health Monitor's nationwide digital signage network
• Troubleshoot and triage incoming issues, checking known-issue documentation before treating a report as new
• Apply documented fixes and workarounds, and escalated anything outside standard procedure to senior support staff
• Resolve routine technical and non-technical requests end to end using established support resources
• Document every interaction accurately and completely in the ticketing system
