Qualifications
Minimum of seven years of professional experience in healthcare operations.
Minimum of four years of healthcare quality and/or process improvement experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.
Responsibilities
Promote and apply established process improvement principles and best practices.
Document charters, meeting notes, action logs, and follow-up materials.
Create standardized materials for Lean and process improvement training.
