Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of professional experience in healthcare operations.
• Minimum of four years of healthcare quality and/or process improvement experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote and apply established process improvement principles and best practices.
• Document charters, meeting notes, action logs, and follow-up materials.
• Create standardized materials for Lean and process improvement training.
