Job summary

Help at Home in Georgia is seeking an experienced Manager, Operations Support to partner with field leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes, ensure accurate client authorizations, and optimize service delivery across our home care operations. This remote-based role requires EMR proficiency, strong billing and revenue cycle knowledge, and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of three years in operations.
• Experience supporting management, thought leadership, and policy/process improvement.
• Experience with client authorizations, A/R, billing, and revenue cycle.
• Hands-on EMR experience and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to field leadership and branch teams to ensure efficient, consistent service delivery.
• Oversee client authorizations, approvals, renewals, documentation, and continuity of services.
• Support A/R and billing processes, resolve authorization-related billing issues, and minimize revenue delays.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Case Management partners, referral sources, and internal stakeholders.
• Navigate EMR and healthcare systems to review records, monitor authorizations, and ensure accuracy.
• Analyze operational reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify challenges and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and finances.
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing, Operations, and other departments to resolve escalated issues.
• Support implementation of new systems, workflows, projects, and change management.
• Provide insights and reporting to leadership to support strategic and day-to-day decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
