Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer 2 to service FlexLab HT automation and Atellica analyzers at client sites in Clifton, NJ. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, while performing preventative maintenance and providing operator training to ensure high uptime.

This role requires strong instrument knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage parts, tools, and service documentation in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment (Multimeter).
• Experience with FlexLab HT, Atellica or similar systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on FlexLab HT automation modules and Atellica analyzers.
• Perform maintenance and diagnostics on Atellica systems in a high-volume lab setting.
• Provide training to lab operators and staff to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage financial performance within capacity; budget for revenue, expenses and inventory.
• Ensure tool/test equipment expiration is managed and documented in eFSR.
• Maintain company assets including car, phone, computer, tools and parts.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers and perform admin duties.
