Qualifications

• Two years of IT operations experience.
• HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Solid understanding of healthcare applications, IT processes, data accuracy, and training methods.
• Experience coordinating teams in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, documentation, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a remote team of IT training and application support professionals.
• Coordinate creation, implementation, and delivery of technology and healthcare application training.
• Maintain application performance, system readiness, data quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure support and training initiatives meet business needs.
• Develop training resources, process documentation, workflows, and support guidelines.
• Track team productivity, coordinate schedules, assign responsibilities, and manage competing priorities.
• Foster a customer-focused support environment centered on ownership and teamwork.
• Ensure privacy and healthcare regulatory compliance in technical support practices.
