Qualifications

• Two years of IT operations experience.
• Current HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Knowledge of healthcare applications, IT processes and data accuracy.
• Experience coordinating remote teams and supporting employees.
• Strong communication, organization and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a remote IT training and application support team.
• Coordinate creation and delivery of healthcare technology training.
• Maintain application performance, system readiness, data quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with leaders to meet business needs for support and training.
• Develop training resources, documentation, workflows and support guidelines.
• Track productivity, schedules, and priorities.
• Foster a customer-focused support environment centered on ownership and teamwork.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in support practices and internal policies.
