Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT operations experience.
• Current HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT applications, workflows, data integrity, and training practices.
• Experience supervising teams, coordinating priorities, and supporting remote employees.
• Excellent communication, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical teams.

Responsibilities
