Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations.
• Current HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Solid understanding of healthcare applications, IT processes, data accuracy, and training methods.
• Experience coordinating remote teams and supporting employees remotely.
• Excellent communication, organizational, documentation, and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a remote team of IT training and application support professionals.
• Coordinate the creation, implementation, and delivery of technology and healthcare application training.
• Help maintain application performance, system readiness, data quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training initiatives meet business needs.
