Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years IT operations experience.
• HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating priorities.
• Ability to lead remote employees and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a remote team of IT training and application support specialists.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and delivery of IT and healthcare application training programs.
• Ensure employees receive timely, professional, and effective technical support.
• Maintain and improve training materials, technical documentation, support procedures, and workflows.
• Support application readiness, system stability, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and alignment with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical leadership to align IT support and training with objectives.
