Move Vertical is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead a remote team focused on technology training, application support, system readiness, and data quality in a healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, HIPAA compliance, effective training delivery, and collaboration with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to keep systems reliable and compliant.

Formación

• Two years of hands-on IT operations experience.
• Current HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Solid understanding of healthcare applications and IT processes.
• Experience coordinating remote teams and supporting staff.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a remote IT training and application support team
• Coordinate creation and delivery of technology and healthcare application training
• Maintain system readiness, data quality, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with leaders to align training with business needs
• Develop training resources, workflows, and support guidelines
• Track productivity, schedules, and priorities across the team
• Ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance in all support practices
• Foster a customer-focused, ownership-driven support culture
