Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements from IT teams and business units.
• Translate requirements into actionable insights for architects, infrastructure teams, and application analysts.
• Support application/operating system upgrades and migrations to standard platforms.
• Assist in remediation of end-of-life applications and systems.
• Understand and analyze application stack components (server, client, cloud).
