Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a shift-flexible Service Desk Agent for its Provider Clinical Service Desk. The role involves handling inbound calls, diagnosing clinical application issues, and guiding users through workflows around Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.

You’ll document, triage, and resolve incidents while maintaining a quiet, private workspace and reliable connectivity. Applicants must meet the hours expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of service desk / helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a 24x7 call center environment.
• Respond to healthcare customer inquiries regarding clinical applications (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech).
• Document comments and update/close incident tickets promptly; drive 24/7 incident resolution.
