Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience.
• 1–3 years of project management planning experience.
• 3–5 years of Technical Medicaid experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction to software engineers within IT Applications Development.
• Define priorities to align with the Software Engineering vision.
• Ensure staff follow best practices across lifecycle.
• Lead hiring, performance management, and termination processes.
• Manage geographically distributed staff.
• Collaborate with delivery and product managers to support delivery.
• Drive engineering recruiting and talent retention.
