Job summary

XO Health is a technology-driven health plan built for self-insured employers. The Implementation Lead owns end-to-end onboarding of new employer groups and TPA partners, from signed agreement through effective date and a stable first 60 days, ensuring a clean, on-time go-live with correct eligibility, ID cards, and welcome kits.

This hands-on role builds the playbook, runs implementations, and standardizes processes so every deployment is faster and cleaner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, client onboarding, or project management within self-funded health benefits or health plan operations.
• Experience running multi‑party healthcare implementations with fixed go‑live dates.
• Fluency with employer/TPA distribution channels and related stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new employer groups and TPA partners from kickoff to effective date and stabilization.
• Build and maintain implementation plans including design, enrollment setup, and vendor integrations.
• Own accurate setup across XO systems, including eligibility, ID cards, and client communications.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal instructions and ensure go‑live readiness.
• Run cross‑functional implementation teams and manage risks to keep go‑live on track.
