XO Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Employer Client Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management and client experience for assigned employer groups. This remote role partners with internal teams to address issues, deliver reporting, and execute client initiatives.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of self-funded health benefits, can navigate ACA/ERISA rules, and excels at communication, relationship-building, and project management in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, plus relevant licenses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned employer clients.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure client questions and requests are acknowledged and resolved promptly.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support client needs and reporting.
• Lead client meetings, Open Enrollment activities, and deliver updates.
• Create and present recurring client reporting packages and updates.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced startup.
• Navigate regulatory requirements for self-funded health plans.
