We are seeking a client-focused account manager to lead employer-client initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver insightful reporting and Open Enrollment support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Active Life and Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days; strong knowledge of self-funded benefit design and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned employer clients.
• Lead client-specific projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and deliver client reporting packages and Open Enrollment presentations.
