TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions LLC seeks a Solution Delivery Director to guide end-to-end program implementations for health plan clients, aligning business strategy with technical execution and enterprise roadmaps.

You will lead strategic backlog translation, mentor junior team members, and architect scalable implementation frameworks across the department, ensuring readiness and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• 3–4+ years in client-facing enterprise implementation, strategic consulting, complex project delivery, or healthcare operations.
• 3–4+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, or technical project leadership.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the executive-facing point of contact for health plan clients, building trusted relationships across business, operations, clinical, technology, and leadership.
• Architect and steer the client implementation lifecycle with strategic milestones, readiness criteria, and scope parameters.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and executive decision-making, managing complex scope and mitigating risk.
• Oversee comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, enterprise workflows, technical requirement documents, and dashboards.
• Establish governance and ownership structures, deploying risk-mitigation strategies to unblock obstacles.
