Unleashing Leaders, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional healthcare initiatives from planning through execution.

You will translate evolving business objectives into actionable project plans and manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables. You will coordinate related projects, teams, and vendors to align with program goals, address risks proactively, support timely decisions, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple client

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with relevant experience.
• CSM certification or equivalent.
• 2+ years in healthcare project/ program experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex project plans and status reports.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and facilitating meetings for timely decisions.
• Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and resource plans.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project plans outlining scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Lead execution and monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and impediments with mitigation plans.
• Build relationships with sponsors, clients, and stakeholders; balance priorities.
• Coordinate related projects, workstreams, and teams to align with program goals.
• Oversee vendor and external service-provider activities and performance.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress and needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear roles and accountability.
• Coordinate resources and resolve constraints with leadership support.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts; propose trade-offs to balance cost, timing, quality, scope.
• Define deliverables and manage change requests; ensure quality standards.
• Recognize and address change management needs and adoption activities.
• Maintain project documentation per UL standards and practices.
