Job summary

TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to support the successful implementation of programs for health plan clients. You will coordinate tasks, track deliverables, maintain documentation, and translate client requirements into clear user stories and backlogs.

You will partner with Solution Architects, Product, Technology, Clinical, and Operations teams to align activities, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure readiness for testing and go‑live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, Public Health, or Operations Management) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of applicable experience in client-facing implementations, consulting, or healthcare operations.
• Experience supporting Agile teams, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong ability to translate clients' needs into clear requirements and backlog items.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Support & Implementation Tracking and coordination of cross-functional tasks.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for health plan clients, managing priorities and dependencies.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Translate business needs into structured technical requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Support Agile ceremonies and assist with UAT coordination and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, Technology, Clinical, Operations, and Finance teams.
