Job summary

Main Street Health in Nashville is seeking a Project Director to own end-to-end implementations of our clinical model. You will drive multiple concurrent launches from kickoff to go-live, coordinating clinical, operations, technology, data, and partner teams to ensure success.

This hands-on role requires building plans, running meetings, and delivering high-quality documentation. You will influence across a matrixed organization, with a focus on fast growth and value-based care deployment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience with on-time delivery.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects across teams.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed org without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner implementations across multiple markets.
• Coordinate clinical, operations, technology, data, and leads.
• Build detailed project plans and set owners/due dates.
• Facilitate meetings, track status, decisions, and next steps.
• Surface risks, prioritize issues, and escalate when needed.
• Run post-implementation reviews and improve playbooks.
• Produce deliverables: reports, agendas, notes, launch checklists.
