Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking an Outbound Enrollment Agent to support a healthcare enrollment program. This remote, full-time role is in the Customer Service team. You will make outbound calls, follow scripts, and guide members through enrollment opportunities with friendly, compliant service.

Hours align with US Central Time, with one Saturday per month and paid training. Strong communication and CRM experience is preferred; performance is tracked against enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calls, enrollment or sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow a scripted approach while maintaining natural conversation.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and multiple computer applications.
• Reliable attendance in a remote, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible health-plan members using an automated dialing system.
• Follow established scripts and enrollment procedures accurately.
• Engage members in professional, friendly conversations about enrollment.
• Explain program benefits and enrollment opportunities clearly.
• Address questions/objections while focusing on enrollment.
• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other systems while speaking with members.
• Document call outcomes and enrollment activity accurately.
• Meet quality, productivity and enrollment goals.
• Protect member information and comply with privacy procedures.
