Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our North America Digital Sales team in the Healthcare vertical, based in Toronto, Canada. You will accelerate product portfolio growth and drive complex, multi-region digital sales opportunities to closure.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years in solution-selling or enterprise sales within the digital technology and healthcare space, with strong Salesforce experience and a track record of engaging C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in solution-selling, business development, or enterprise sales within digital technology, healthcare providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate product portfolio growth within dedicated accounts and expand pipeline while maintaining CRM data hygiene and forecasting.
• Lead end-to-end deal management—qualification, proposal development, and closure—collaborating with internal partners to win large multi-region pursuits.
• Mobilize external partners and internal stakeholders for cross-unit engagement and align roadmaps with customer-driven insights.
