Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level Associate to process ROI requests for medical records. This remote role supports patients, insurers, and attorneys while safeguarding HIPAA privacy and ensuring accurate data handling. You will document information across platforms and use Microsoft Office daily.

As part of a high-volume environment, you will handle calls, maintain chart accuracy, and assist with routine admin tasks. A HS diploma, reliability, and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Able to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Detail and quality oriented for medical records.

Responsibilities

• Process patient health information requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of company and facility software.
• Respond to requests for patient records from internal and external sources.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls.
• May assist with patient walk-ins.
• May assist with administrative duties (faxes, mail, data entry).
