Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Overtime availability during peak seasons.
• Proficient with basic computer operations.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies and HIPAA.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Know and use company and facility software.
• Follow Code of Conduct and policies.
• Inform manager of work, site difficulties, and volume changes.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
• Apply privacy regulations to guard patient information.
• Manage patient health records and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Create digital images of paperwork for EMR storage.
• Respond to patient record requests from internal and external sources.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with walk-ins.
• Support administrative duties such as data entry and mail handling.
• Meet productivity expectations at the site.
• May schedule pick-ups.
• Other duties as assigned.
