Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role from Missouri to support customers, providers and payers in a healthcare context. You will be a key contact for inquiries, ensure timely, professional responses, and document each interaction to support service quality.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, handle provider and payer questions, and pursue process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Customer Service Management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience supporting healthcare provider and payer processes preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
