Qualifications

• 3-6 months of customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred
• Clear communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with a caring approach to customer service—especially for older adults
• Integrity, dependable attendance, adaptability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
