We are seeking dependable, compassionate Healthcare Customer ServiceRepresentatives who can listen carefully, resolve concerns, and make complexinformation easier to understand. In this role, you will handle incoming calls,navigate multiple systems, and provide professional, thoughtful service, includingsupport for older adults.

What you’ll do

• Handle high-volume incoming calls, assess customer needs, andexplain relevant products and services with professionalism, patience, andcare.
• Navigate multiple systems to gather and accurately documentcustomer information.
• Use sound judgment to resolve concerns during the first callwhenever possible, follow company policies and client guidelines, andescalate issues when needed.
• Meet service quality, productivity, and attendance expectationswhile adapting to change and identifying opportunities to improve thecustomer experience.

What you’ll bring

• At least 3- 6 months of customer service experience; healthcareexperience is preferred. A relevant degree or appropriate education maysubstitute for experience.
• Clear communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills,with a caring approach to customer service- especially when assisting olderadults.
• Integrity, dependable attendance, adaptability, and flexibilityto work evenings, weekends, possible holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
