Sagility is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to support our healthcare call center. You will handle calls, research resolutions, document details, and maintain empathetic, professional communication daily. Prior healthcare exposure is a plus, with at least 1 year in a call center preferred.

Position offers a base pay of $14.00–$15.00/hour, paid training in a virtual environment, and comprehensive benefits after 90 days, plus opportunities for advancement within Sagility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
• Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
• Typing at least 25 WPM.
• Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
• Secure, private work area at home.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
