Job summary

Leading Edge Administrators is seeking a Client Concierge Coordinator to deliver high-touch, white-glove service to members, providers, and clients within a health insurance environment. This remote role guides members through their healthcare journey by handling benefits, eligibility, claims, and provider navigation with ownership and empathy.

You will be the single point of contact across channels, ensuring timely issue resolution, proactive problem solving, and high member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience in healthcare/insurance.
• Comfortable supporting multiple channels and dynamic workloads.
• Familiarity with call center metrics and quality standards; experience with claims processing/benefits/eligibility systems preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems or customer support platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries from members and providers.
• Deliver personalized, concierge-level service and propose tailored solutions, including outbound contacts.
• Assist members with benefits education, eligibility verification, and plan navigation.
• Guide members through claims inquiries, including status and EOB explanations.
• Support provider searches, appointment coordination, and healthcare navigation.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues related to claims, billing, and coverage.
