Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a related field; healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls, document notes, schedule appointments.
• Assist patients and stakeholders to ensure smooth call center operations.
• Make reminder calls for missed appointments and related issues.
• Schedule patients in the EMR system Athena.
• Handle basic triage and communicate with clinical staff as needed.
• Attend call center meetings and read minutes if absent.
