Fair Haven Community Health Care in the United States is seeking a Call Center Representative to support patients and clinical staff. You will manage a high volume of calls, schedule appointments, and input patient information accurately to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, bilingual English/Spanish, and excellent communication. Onsite training is provided, with the potential for remote work after successful onboarding and a defined training period.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree highly preferred.
• 1–2 years in a high-volume medical call center preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Triage calls and schedule new and existing patients with the appropriate provider.
• Answer a multi-line telephone system and direct calls efficiently.
• Accurately collect and input demographic and insurance data for all patients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
