SolutionHealth is seeking a remote Call Center Representative to support Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and Foundation Medical Partners with patient and staff communications. You will handle incoming calls, provide information, and direct visitors in a professional and confidential manner.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center, switchboard, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use patient information systems and translation/TTY tools when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming calls and transfer accurately using approved systems.
• Maintain a positive, professional tone while respecting patient confidentiality.
• Manage emergencies (codes, drills) according to established procedures and document as required.
• Provide accurate information, directions, and paging services for customers and staff.
• Follow on-call schedules and answering service protocols.
• Utilize translation and TTY phones when needed to support patient care.
• Keep up-to-date with email communications and respond appropriately.
• Participate in department meetings and support smooth shift transitions.
