Qualifikationen

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience.
• Able to pass a typing test with at least 40 WPM.
• Bilingual in Korean with 1–2 years in customer service, quality, or auditing.

Aufgaben

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments in the EMR system.
• Respond to inquiries about services, billing, and availability.
• Assist patients in rescheduling or canceling appointments.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Educate patients on services, policies, and resources.
• Document interactions and maintain call records.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department/supervisor.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality and data security policies.
• Achieve call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Outreach to callers to update on issue/status.
