Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle 40-80+ inbound patient calls daily in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately.
• Assist patients with general questions and provide clear, professional support.
• Route calls appropriately to specialty departments or additional resources.
• Utilize Epic EMR to complete appointment scheduling and documentation.
• Follow established scheduling procedures, workflows, and quality standards.
• Maintain performance metrics related to call quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Participate in coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and quality assurance reviews.
