Amplity Health seeks a Business Development Specialist for remote engagement to actively contact Health Care Professionals, promote client products, and drive loyalty platform participation. You will manage a targeted call plan and coordinate with client field teams to maximize platform adoption and sales outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel when needed. A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed.
• Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and other programs as needed.
• Aesthetics experience.
• Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech, professional demeanor and excellent phone manner and communication skills.
• Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service.
• Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex information over the telephone.
• Strong rapport building skills and active listening skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and commitment to complete projects and assignments.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology and to maintain the required technical expertise.
• Good organizational and planning skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Complete Amplity and client training in its entirety.

Responsabilidades

• Engage Health Care Professionals by telephone to promote client products and loyalty platform.
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts and provide value-added benefits.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Promote products via telephone, inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain knowledge of client products, programs and platforms.
• Enter data into Amplity/Client CRM systems.
• Collaborate with client field sales teams to plan account coverage.
• Attend teleconferences and meetings and participate in trainings.
• Travel as needed to visit customer offices.
