Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with Epic Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity and healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities

• Independently configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and related systems.
• Monitor BI tools to ensure optimal performance and policy adherence.
• Provide end-user education, upgrades, and documentation for BI/reporting tools.
• Manage security changes, license provisioning, and on-call support.
• Document tasks following industry standards and mentor junior teammates.
