Job summary

PatientFi is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and selling to elective medical practices across the US. The role is remote in the United States, with a Hartford/Boston focus and a territory including PA, NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME.

Travel up to 50–60% is required to onboard practices and build partnerships. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales, an ability to engage decision-makers in medical aesthetics, and a proven quota-penetration record.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales-related experience.
• Ability to navigate elective medical practices and connect with decision-makers.
• Strong track record of exceeding quotas and being a top performer.
• Independent worker with high energy and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close elective medical practices on the value of PatientFi’s financing and membership offerings.
• Partner with the Practice Success Team to onboard practices and drive platform usage.
• Conduct regular field travel (up to 50–60%) to prospect new accounts and foster partner relationships.
• Collaborate with industry partners to obtain and convert Practice prospects.
• Respond promptly to Practice inquiries and partner questions; update CRM with interactions.
• Provide Voice of the Practice feedback to align products and sales strategies.
• Travel to industry conferences as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
