Job summary

PatientFi is seeking a Business Development Manager for a remote role with a Detroit/Cleveland focus. The territory includes MI, OH, IN, and travel is up to 50–60% to prospect, onboard, and grow practices in plastic surgery, dermatology, medical spa, and related fields.

You will drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and selling the PatientFi platform to practices, collaborating with the Practice Success Team, and maintaining robust CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to elective medical practices (medical spas, plastic surgery, dermatology).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals.
• Ability to travel up to 50–60% for field activities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close elective medical practices on PatientFi financing and membership offerings.
• Partner with Practice Success Team to onboard and drive platform usage.
• Travel to prospect new accounts and attend industry events as needed.
• Collaborate with industry partners to convert prospects into customers.
• Respond promptly to practice inquiries and maintain CRM interactions.
• Provide market feedback to align products and sales strategies.
