• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of healthcare analytics experience, or a Master's degree, or 6 years of related experience.
• Proficient at querying a wide variety of data sources for insights.
• Strong SQL, R and Python skills.
• Ability to build dynamic dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
• High BI acumen and ability to drive business cases to action.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
