CareAllies is seeking a data analytics professional to forecast, analyze healthcare data, and provide strategic guidance. You will create dashboards and reports using SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI, supporting cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

The role emphasizes translating data into actionable insights, with emphasis on population health, reimbursement models, and cost containment strategies. Remote-friendly with strong collaboration requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
• OR Master’s degree in related field
• OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
• Understanding, and being highly proficient at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
• Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required data elements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address business issues and provide consultation to users.
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
• Analyze health and financial data to inform decision-makers and cost containment strategies.
• Identify trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences for business insight.
