Job summary

HCSC's Health Economics Team (HET) seeks an Advanced Analytics Consultant to leverage SQL, R, Python and visualization tools to support their largest Commercial clients. This role requires deep healthcare data expertise and the ability to present to C-suite stakeholders.

You will lead analytic initiatives, design data solutions, and collaborate across teams to scale impactful client engagements. This is a flex hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 remote; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant healthcare analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to query diverse data sources for meaningful insights.
• Experience leading analytic initiatives and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic support and consultancy for large Commercial clients.
• Lead analytics projects from inception to execution and client delivery.
• Present findings to C-suite and internal leadership to inform decisions.
