Job summary

CareAllies is seeking a data analytics professional to construct forecasts, develop strategic plans, and produce datasets and reports to support health care decision-making. You will leverage SQL, R, Python, and Tableau/Power BI to deliver insights for internal leaders and major commercial clients.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work independently and within teams, and experience handling complex health data and analytics consulting across payer, provider, and public health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years in health care services, stats, or insurance economics, or Master’s in related field, or 6 years of experience.
• Proficient at querying diverse internal and external data sources for meaningful insights.
• Strong programming in SQL, R, Python.
• Ability to build dynamic dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent business sense to translate insights into action.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience championing initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic plans from data and market knowledge.
• Create reports and analysis specifications; lead cross-functional teams.
• Produce datasets and reports using system reporting tools.
• Analyze financial and health data, including medical algorithms to determine health expenditures and outcomes.
• Identify and interpret trends to provide insights to decision-makers.
• Lead analytic support for HCSC's largest commercial clients and advisory for internal leaders.
• Support clinical and business stakeholders with analytical insight.
